Kaish Analyst How-To

How to build a coaching presentation in Kaish Analyst

Turn review clips, slides, images, and coach drawing into a meeting-ready presentation.

Open or create a package

  1. Open Kaish Analyst and choose the correct workspace.
  2. Create a new package or open an existing package/project.
  3. Relink source media if Kaish Analyst reports missing video.

Add clips

  1. Review the timeline or Clip Bins.
  2. Select the moments that belong in the meeting.
  3. Add them to the presentation in the order your staff wants to teach them.

Import slides, images, or PDF pages

  1. Import supporting image files or PDF pages.
  2. For PowerPoint or Keynote decks, export the deck as a PDF first, then import the PDF pages.
  3. Place teaching media before, between, or after video clips.
  4. Keep slide text readable from the meeting room display.

Reorder rows

  1. Drag rows into teaching order.
  2. Group clips by topic, player, phase, or correction.
  3. Preview transitions before the meeting.

Add coach drawing

  1. Open the clip or teaching row.
  2. Add coach drawing to show lanes, routes, spacing, pressure, or support.
  3. Keep drawings clean and focused so the teaching point stays clear.
  4. Coach drawing is a teaching overlay during review or presentation; it is not burned into exported media by default.

Present fullscreen

  1. Start Presentation Mode.
  2. Move through rows in meeting order.
  3. Pause when staff discussion needs more context.

Save, reopen, and share/export

  1. Save the package before closing Kaish Analyst.
  2. Reopen the package and verify several rows.
  3. Use the currently supported share/export outputs for staff handoff.
  4. Test the receiving workflow before sending final meeting material.
