End User License Agreement

Effective date: March 2026

This End User License Agreement applies to downloaded Kaish software, including the Kaish app and Kaish Capture, and works together with the Kaish Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

License

Kaish grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own coaching, scouting, team, or organization workflows, subject to your plan, account status, and applicable terms.

Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the software except where allowed by law. You may not use the software to interfere with Kaish services or bypass access controls.

Ownership

Kaish and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, design, and related intellectual property. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

Your Content

You retain ownership of video, tags, notes, reports, presentations, and other content you create or import. Kaish may process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Updates

Kaish may provide updates, fixes, or new versions from time to time. Some features may require a current app version, compatible device, active plan, or supported operating system.

Termination

This license ends if you stop using the software or violate this agreement. When the license ends, you must stop using the software and remove downloaded copies where reasonably practical.

Disclaimer

The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
