Open Dropbox Games and Presentations

Browse the connected workspace and open the complete Kaish package so its rows, sequence, and available authorized media can load together.

Keep both opening paths available: use the connected Dropbox library for cloud packages, and use Open File or drag-and-drop for local packages.

Before you begin

Sign in to the Kaish workspace that owns the material.
Connect that workspace to Dropbox.
Keep the Kaish document and every required media file together in the expected Dropbox package structure.

Open the Kaish package, not a loose movie. A raw video can play as video, but it does not contain the game tags, rows, presentation order, notes, or drawings.

Open a complete game

Choose Review.
Open the Dropbox library.
Find the game by name, team, sport, or date.
Select the complete .kaishcode package.
Wait for its tags, timeline rows, notes, sequence, and available media.
Play an early and late clip and confirm the full game timeline is available.
Reopen the same package later to verify whether its Dropbox authorization and source references were retained.

If Web asks for another relink, use the local file or package-folder picker and report the browser, workspace, package, and exact source requested. Do not claim automatic retention until the cross-browser check passes.

Open a complete presentation

Choose Presentations.
Open the Dropbox presentation library.
Select a reference presentation or portable presentation package.
Wait for the full sequence and available media before pressing Play.
Confirm item count, order, exact clip ranges, notes, drawings, and playback.
Play early, middle, and late items and watch for jumping or source changes.

A portable .kaishdeckpack is intended to use contained clip media and slides. A reference .kaishdeck may need authorized source files from Dropbox. If media is missing or playback jumps, preserve the package, stop presenting, and report the active item and source; do not repair the problem by changing clip timing.

Local files still work

Dropbox is an additional library, not a replacement for local work. Use Open File or drag a local .kaishcode, .kaishdeck, or .kaishdeckpack from Finder whenever that is faster.

If an item does not open

Confirm the correct workspace is active and Dropbox still shows connected.
Confirm you selected the complete Kaish document rather than one movie segment.
Check that every source named by the document still exists in Dropbox.
If two files have the same ambiguous name, place the correct media back in the package structure.
Retry a short clip before relying on the package during a meeting.
