Use this guide when Kaish Analyst access needs to be purchased, assigned, confirmed, or restored.

Individual Kaish Analyst access

Individual Kaish Analyst is available from the Kaish Analyst pricing page. Choose monthly or yearly checkout, then sign in with the purchasing account to access the gated Mac download once the DMG is available.

Team Kaish Analyst seat assignment

  1. A Team owner/admin purchases a Kaish Analyst seat add-on from Team Admin.
  2. The owner/admin assigns the seat to a selected staff user.
  3. The assigned user signs in to Kaish Analyst and chooses the correct workspace.

Program packages

Program Package checkout is available from the Kaish Analyst pricing page. It creates a managed Kaish Analyst workspace with 3 Kaish Analyst seats; the owner/admin can invite staff and assign remaining seats from Team Admin.

If access is denied

  1. Confirm you signed in with the correct Kaish account.
  2. Confirm the correct workspace is selected.
  3. Ask your Team owner/admin to confirm your Kaish Analyst seat assignment.
  4. Sign out and sign in again after assignment changes.
  5. If active-device protection is enabled, close Kaish Analyst on another Mac and wait a few minutes for stale sessions.
  6. Contact Kaish support with your account email and workspace name.
