Billing and access

Use this guide when Capture Pro access needs to be purchased, assigned, confirmed, or restored.

Individual Capture Pro access

Individual Capture Pro access is available by request while the public DMG and individual checkout path are prepared. Contact Kaish to activate access for the correct account.

Request Individual Access

Team Capture Pro seat assignment

  1. A Team owner/admin purchases a Capture Pro seat add-on from Team Admin.
  2. The owner/admin assigns the seat to a selected staff user.
  3. The assigned user signs in to Capture Pro and chooses the correct workspace.

Program packages

Program packages start at $1,499/year, include 3 Capture Pro seats, and are best for programs with multiple video coaches, analysts, or staff users.

Request Program Package

If access is denied

  1. Confirm you signed in with the correct Kaish account.
  2. Confirm the correct workspace is selected.
  3. Ask your Team owner/admin to confirm your Capture Pro seat assignment.
  4. Sign out and sign in again after assignment changes.
  5. If active-device protection is enabled, close Capture Pro on another Mac and wait a few minutes for stale sessions.
  6. Contact Kaish support with your account email and workspace name.
