Use this guide when Kaish Analyst access needs to be purchased, assigned, confirmed, or restored.

Individual Kaish Analyst access

Individual Kaish Analyst is available from the Kaish Analyst pricing page. Choose monthly or yearly checkout, then sign in with the purchasing account to access the gated Mac download.

Team Kaish Analyst seat assignment

  1. A Team owner/admin assigns the included Kaish Analyst seat to a selected staff user from Account & Team Admin.
  2. If the Team needs another Analyst user, the owner/admin purchases an additional seat before assigning it.
  3. The assigned user signs in to Kaish Analyst and chooses the correct workspace.

Program packages

Program packages are configured with Kaish directly for organizations that need a managed Analyst workspace and multiple staff seats. Contact Kaish to confirm scope, seat count, onboarding, and pricing before access is provisioned.

If access is denied

  1. Confirm you signed in with the correct Kaish account.
  2. Confirm the correct workspace is selected.
  3. Ask your Team owner/admin to confirm your Kaish Analyst seat assignment.
  4. Sign out and sign in again after assignment changes.
  5. If active-device protection is enabled, close Kaish Analyst on another Mac and wait a few minutes for stale sessions.
  6. Contact Kaish support with your account email and workspace name.
