Kaish Help Center

Quick Start Guide

Use this guide for the fastest path from setup to tagging, review, and sharing in Kaish.

Overview

  1. Fastest Kaish App workflow: sign in, choose workspace, create a game, prepare roster context, tag live, attach video, use Set Sync, review clips, and share work.
  2. Fastest Kaish Capture workflow: install Capture, choose Live Capture or Code Existing Video, tag moments, preview clips, and export a Capture Share File.
  3. Code Existing Video workflow: load video, scrub, tag events, add notes, queue clips, and export a Capture Share File or Presentation Share File.
  4. Import Capture work into Kaish App: open the receiving game, import the Capture Share File, relink video if needed, and verify timing.
  5. Sport setup cheat sheet: hockey uses periods and TOI; basketball uses quarters and active units; soccer uses halves and formations; lacrosse uses quarters and units; other workflows use flexible groups.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Timing rules: Set Sync is for app-created tags; Capture-imported tags keep Capture video timing; local video files may need relinking.
  2. Review basics: use the timeline, fullscreen review, notes, playlists, and coach clips before sharing.
  3. Share File map: Game Share File, Capture Share File, Presentation Share File, Review Share File, and Recovery Backup each serve different movement needs.
  4. Common fixes: confirm workspace, relink video, restore purchases, check segment setup, and contact support with product, device, sport, and game name.
