Install Kaish Capture

Install the public Mac product, then verify the account and source before a real game.

Install

  1. Download the current Kaish Capture installer.
  2. Open the DMG and drag Kaish Capture into Applications.
  3. Eject the installer and open the Applications copy.
  4. Allow Camera, Microphone, Local Network, and folder access when your chosen workflow needs them.
  5. Sign in with an account assigned Capture access.

The public DMG uses the clean product name. If support asks for release details, use the information shown inside the installed app.

Verify before game day

  1. Create a short test session.
  2. Choose Blackmagic, FaceTime, USB/UVC, Continuity, or a compatible virtual camera.
  3. Confirm picture and audio.
  4. Record, hit several tags, Stop, and wait for finalization.
  5. Open the saved .kaishcode and play a clip.

If access does not unlock

Confirm the email, workspace, and current product entitlement. Signed-out users cannot open protected capture, review, save, or export workflows. Contact support with the exact email and message shown, but never send a password.
